Jazz is a truly American art form; its contribution to the music of the world is immeasurable. Jazz is revered world wide.

Our goal is to bring great jazz to our community. By presenting the best local, regional and national artists in a focused, all ages performance setting, we invite the people of our community to share in the experience of this music and its culture.

In addition, WJMAC offers jazz combo classes to aspiring young musicians; encouraging and cultivating the next generation of jazz artists, lovers and audience members.

Event Costs

Most WJMAC performances involve local and regional performers - artists from Vancouver BC to Portland Oregon. Admission to these performances is $10 or $15 - depending on the size of the group.

WJMAC is also committed to invite nationally recognized artists to our venue. The cost to us is higher and admission to these performances is $20 or $25.

Admission to individual performances are available only at the door on the night of the event.

Membership

  • $300 for a single membership
  • $550 for a 'twofer' membership (partners, mother/daughter; two friends, co-workers, etc.)

Another option is the WJMAC Access Pass, which can be purchased at the door for $35. This offers four admissions. This gives you the same show entry privileges as members.

We note that it may be possible to contact your bank to arrange a monthly or quarterly transfer, either by wire or by paper check to cover membership. Contact us for further information.
